Using Strobes and Loving It!
Exploring, tweaking, testing, refining, learning, etc. What else is a photographer to do?! At Fruitful Studios, we are having so much fun playing with new gear and thinking of ways to incorporate such gear and techniques into our client’s photo sessions.
We have been playing with new lighting techniques, and while it does take a little longer to get a shot setup, I think that our clients will like the outcome of such shots. The techniques we have been experimenting with incorporates multiple flashes, a.k.a. strobes. We at Fruitful Studios love the results and depth this technique gives our photos taken in this manner.
We set the strobes in different 
locations and take into consideration the angle of the sun to provide for a well lit scene. The results we have been getting are incredible, in our opinion, and the journey into alternative lighting methods should only make for a better product each and every time we shoot in this fashion.
The Portfolio has been updated with a number of shots that were taken using these lighting techniques. Please take a look through the last page or so in the Ladies section of the portfolio as I believe you will be impressed with the progress we are making. Like I said before, placing the different strobes around the subject does take a little longer than just pointing and shooting, but the end result is much better and we hope you all agree.
